A close team that cooks and serves you face to face
At Cal Campaner the kitchen is open to the public and the service is family-friendly. Joan, at the helm of the kitchen (with a discreet passage through El Bulli), cooks the fish and seafood from the fish market with a Josper grill and fire so that the product speaks for itself. Anna runs the restaurant: explaining the species of the day, she helps you choose the cooking and doneness and coordinates the times so that everything arrives as it should.
There are no frills here: proximity, product and the rhythm of the restaurant.
